James is the Chief Executive Officer of NextHome, Inc. He brings a sharp, innovative and forward-focused vision. He has been in the franchise business for over 16 years, originally joining Realty World Northern California & Nevada in 2006. Prior to Realty World, James co-founded multiple software companies. He has garnered numerous industry awards including the Swanepoel Power 200 and the Inman Innovator Award.
