Mackenzie Baishiki is the Director of Events for NextHome, Inc. Her role within the company revolves around NextHome’s involvement in events at the national, regional and local levels. Mackenzie is in charge of ensuring the NextHome corporate team has a presence at industry events as well as providing the members with an exciting experience at NextHome training events around the country.
Armed with exceptional energy and organizational skills, Mackenzie is responsible for securing the locations for the most important events of the year, NextHome’s Annual Conference and NextHome’s Franchise Owner Summit. She works closely with the NextHome team to build an orange experience like no other.
An Oakdale native, Mackenzie received her B.S. in Geological and Earth Sciences at the California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo. When not poring over spreadsheets and hotel contracts, you can find Mackenzie in her garden with her dogs and son, Drew.
