Wanda Ott, Broker/Co-Owner of NextHome TwoFourFive, started her real estate career in 2001 when she went to work for a local real estate brokerage as the Office Manager. She received her real estate license in 2007 and her broker’s license in 2015. Along with two local builders, Wanda founded NextHome TwoFourFive in June 2016 as NextHome Office #82. Since then, Wanda and her daughter, Krystle Hicks, bought out her two builder partners, and now the mother-daughter team are the sole owners of the company. Wanda started out with just one agent in 2016, and has now grown the office to 20+ agents in their Virginia community.
Wanda also serves as the 2022 President of the Lynchburg Association of Realtors that has a membership of over 1,000 agents. The mother of three children and their spouses, and four granddaughters, Wanda values her family more than anything and brings that love of relationships to her business.
